I’ve always loved Black and White art. The B-movies of the 1930s and 40’s are some of the best Black and White art of the previous century; the simple plots and that old way of speaking, the mustachioed heroes and airbrushed sylphan goddesses. Optical Pictures is my Comic journey through a Film Noir universe that I like to walk around in. The Jungle Movies and Travelogues of the ’30s are a major inspiration, relics of a time when the World was still unknown and exotic.
